Mercy Health Services (MHS) strives to provide the highest quality healthcare services. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds may be issued for services not rendered due to cancellations or changes made by MHS.
- Refund requests for prepaid services must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have already been provided.
Refund Request Process:
- Submit Request: Patients must submit a written refund request to info@mercymhcs.com within 30 days of the service date.
- Review: MHS will review the refund request and may require additional information or documentation.
- Decision: MHS will notify the patient of the decision within 15 business days of receiving the refund request.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the approval notice.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Consultation fees
- Administrative fees
- Any other fees specified as non-refundable at the time of payment
